Please refer to the Barrington Farms HOA Covenants and Bylaws for regulations regarding the Barrington Farms community.
Becoming a homeowner in a Covenant Community means you have made a promise not only to uphold the HOA’s Covenants
and Bylaws but that you have legally consented to being held accountable and will abide by all that is stated within.
Please also note that homeowners are responsible for informing any renters of the Covenants and Bylaws and will remain
responsible for any Covenant violations that occur on their property. The duty of the HOA Board is to maintain the best
interests of the community and associated home properties through enforcement of the Covenants and Bylaws.
Use the below forms to request modifications to the outside of your home. Only the ACC form is required for structural changes
or additions to the outside of your home (e.g. changing the siding, adding a detached garage, etc.). Both the ACC and Fencing forms
are required if you would like to add a fence or make any modifications to an existing fence. Please note, in addition to receiving
approval from the Barrington Farms ACC and HOA Board, you are also responsible for obtaining permits and any
other legal requirements per Coweta County or Georgia state laws when making modifications to your home.
