Welcome to the Barrington Farms HOA website. Barrington Farms is an established covenant community
located in Sharpsburg, Georgia with 240 homes. Located between Newnan and Peachtree City, there is easy
and convenient access to all that these communities have to offer.
The Barrington Farms Homeowners’ Association is a not-for-profit organization with a volunteer-run Board. The Board,
together with the Architectural Control Committee, are responsible for maintaining the best interests of the community
and the associated home properties of the Barrington Farms subdivision. Both groups help to insure protection of the property values
at the highest possible rates through the enforcement of the Barrington Farms Covenants and Bylaws. With modest annual assessments
for upkeep of the neighborhood, the HOA strives to maintain a beautiful and friendly community for all to enjoy.
